How to Perform an Incline Dumbbell Press Correctly
May 22, 2007 9:59 PM | Chest | Exercise | Comments (0)
This is a variation on the flat bench dumbbell press. It provides the same benefits. The only difference is that you do it laying on an incline instead of flat. Step 1: Start with dumbbells on the sides of your upper chest with your elbows underneath the dumbbells. Women, when you are in this position, the dumbbells are above your breasts. Men, the dumbbells are above the nipple line. |
Step 2: Push dumbbells up until arms are completely extended. Lower to starting position. Repeat.
