Research Proves Drinking Too Much Soda isn't Good for Your Health

![]() | Drinking too much sugar sweetened beverage such as soft drinks isn't good for your health. According to thirty (30) recent studies, drinking sweetened beverages, primarily soft drinks, promotes weight gain and obesity in children and adolescents. Soda is the biggest intake of sugar for most children and adolescent diet. Experimental studies have proved that soft drinks causes weight gain because it doesn't provide satiety (life normal foods), which bypasses the body's natural control of regulating calorie intake. As a result, this causes over consumption of calories for the body. |
- Provide little or no nutritional benefit
- Causes weight gain
- May increase the risk of diabetes, fractures, and dental problems
