By now, just about everyone knows the benefits of regular exercise. With so many new studies popping up, many people are starting to take advantage of this information and jump on the exercise bandwagon. 

These new fitness buffs spend countless hours on cardio equipment. While this is great, as cardio is good for the heart, some neglect another type of exercise that works wonders for the body. Strength training is a fun way to take control of your health and look better in the process. With consistent exercise, you will become stronger, healthier and live longer.

Aww, have been following your posts and comments. I agree with Natasha. I too have been inspire by the blogs. No what i have decided to join fitness clubs located close to my house. My target is to reduce 5 pounds by end of this month. Thanks for all the help.
Wow!! I am so amazed by your success in the health and fitness industry! Congrads on your article in the Black Health Magazine!! I did not know of this magazine until today. I recently have been maintaining a 65 pounds weight loss and you are right strength training does work! I just recently added it into my routine and I can see a difference already with more tone and loss of inches too. Your story is so inspiring to me. I have been going back and forth about getting certified as a personal training and in wellness & nutrition. I think I found a new love for fitness and health after the weight loss. I also love helping others reach their weight loss goals too. Any advice you could give to me about getting started? I also wanted to say way to go with your fitness modeling competitions too.
