35 Weeks Pregnant

January 30, 2009 10:04 PM | My Pregnancy | Comments (3)

Just another week as the baby boy gets bigger and heavier and makes it harder to move around.  I did get a fever in the beginning of the week, but with Tylenol and lots of fluids, it has gone down.  Hopefully, it’s gone for good.  The cold still lingers, though.  I hate not being able to breathe through my nose.  What’s really fun is trying to eat with both nostrils stopped up.  And since my lungs also have less space to exist normally, it’s just harder to breathe in general.

In other news, I absolutely HATE Braxton-Hicks contractions, and I officially look like Big Bird.

Well, well, well, Time is drawning close. Those B.H. contractions ARE aggravating...unlike labor that is the serious thing. But like I said, you are in extreme well shape which in turn will ease those labor pains and actually allow your baby to come quicker. When I had Alexsor, I was still training and exercising for myself. I was doing low impact cardio and walking alot. I was in labor for about 4-6 hours; I think it may have been about 5 1/2, anyway, Idid have pains but not as intense as my first one. I did no training or much exercising for him and I was in extreme labor pains. Therefore, you will do fine. Remember to use lots of shea butter and olive oil for those marks.
Thanks Kim! I can only imagine how I'll feel on the day I find out that the Braxton-Hicks contractions are actually the pleasant ones!
Wow! You are getting down to the wire. I remember Braxton HIcks contractions and they were unnerving to say the least! Big Bird! You are too funny. Feel better! Colds during pregnancy are especially uncomfortable!
