Leg Exercises You Can Do Anywhere

Do you want to have firm, gorgeous legs and a sexy, firm butt? You can have all of this by just doing a few simple exercises, which you can do pretty much anywhere you want, without needing to use special equipment or going to a gym. There are all kinds of different exercises you can do, even while you are sitting in your office, that will firm and tone your legs and buttocks and you probably won’t even break a sweat doing them.

Single Leg Bridge

Here is an exercise you can easily do in your living room while you are watching television. The single leg bridge works the backs of the leg muscles. All you need to do is lay on your back with your legs flat on the floor. Bend one leg, so that your foot is flat on the floor. Lift the other leg straight in the air. Press your weight onto the foot that is on the floor and lift your buttocks off the floor. Hold this position for a few seconds and then slowly lower your buttocks back to the floor. Repeat with the other leg. You should try to do at least ten reps on each side.

Single Leg Dead Lift

This is another easy exercise you can do at home, or in the office. Stand up straight and stick one leg out behind you a little bit. Lower your body while raising the leg in the back. Your back and leg should form one straight line that is parallel with the floor. Hold this position for a few seconds, and then slowly go back to the starting position. Switch legs and do it again. Try to do about ten reps on each side.

Inner Thigh Circles

This is another exercise you lay on the floor to do. Lie down on one side, propping yourself up with your elbow. Keep the leg nearest the floor straight and bend the other at the knee so your foot is flat on the floor, behind the straight leg. Now, lift your straight leg up a few inches and draw circles in the air with your foot. Do a few circles, lower your leg and change sides. Again, you should probably start out with about 10 reps on each side.

There are loads of other exercises you can do to get your legs in great shape. Walking is always an excellent option and if you use leg weights, you will get even more benefits from walking. So, the next time you don’t think you have the time or the space to exercise, think again. These and more exercises, can be done in your home or office and will only take a few minutes out of your day.
