It's completely free and all you need to get started is a Google username and password. With Google Health, you manage your health information, and you can access it anywhere, at any time.

Description, Symptoms and Treatment of Panic Attacks

| | | It's estimated that one out of every 75 people experience panic attacks which is a serious disorder. Panic Disorders usually appear during the teens or early adulthood. The exact cause of panic attacks is unclear, however, there seem to be a connection to major life events that are potentially stressful, such as having a first child, getting married, attending college, starting a job, etc. There is also some evidence that there is a genetic predisposition to panic attacks; such as a family member has suffered from panic disorder.
So what exactly is a panic attack? A panic attack is a sudden surge of fear that can be overwhelming without cause or warning. It is way more intense than feeling stressed out that many people experience. (See video below).

Sprinting: A Great Exercise

| | | As I watch the Olympics this year, I find myself drawn to the track and field events, specifically, the sprinting. It brings back fond memories of training for a show, when I incorporated sprinting into my workout routine twice a week. I felt powerful, and in great shape. Last week, I saw Usain Bolt set a new record for the 100 meter - 9.65 seconds! And I looked up the women’s world record for the 100 meter. Flo Jo still holds the record at 10.49 seconds. Below, you can see footage of me sprinting. It amuses me that when you compare me to an Olympic runner, it looks like I'm jogging. I was nowhere near peak condition on that day, but still. |

How To Prepare My Oatmeal Pancakes - Video

| People always ask me about oatmeal pancakes - a nutritious meal that actually tastes good, too. There is more than one way to make them oatmeal pancakes, and the video will show you how I make mine ( see video). The reason I eat oatmeal pancakes is because I have to stay lean which requires eating foods high in protein, low in fat, and with good carbohydrates (to give me energy). I also find them quite convenient, as I can eat them when I'm on the go without utensils. |
