deep wide squats on smith machine - 95x25, 105x25, 105x25
leg ext - (triple sets. feet neutral, toes pointed in, toes out) 60x15, 15, 15
4 sets of each
leg press - wide, toes out - 180x15, 90x25, 90x25
walking lunges (longer than usual) - 15, 10, 10
deadlifts (not coming all the way up) - 40x15 3 sets
standing leg curl - 20x20 3 sets
seated leg curl - 60x30 3 sets
outer thigh machine - 40x50reps 3 sets
inner thigh machine - 60x50 reps 3 sets
