A very light workout since I still felt my legs from working with Monique:
leg press - 2 warm ups. then 180x10 3 sets
hack squats 160x10 - 3 sets
leg ext - 60x15 3 sets
seated leg curl - 60x15, 10, 10
angled calf - 125x12 3 sets |
