back and shoulders with Monique:

supersets:

assisted wide grip pullups - 10 reps 2 sets
assisted close grip pullups - 10 reps 2 sets

lat pull - 40x25 4 sets
lat pull (side handles) - 40x15 4 sets

seated cable row - 40x30 4 sets
one arm row - 15x15 4 sets

low back ext - 25 reps 4 sets
hip abductor (butt off of seat) - 50x50 4 sets

seated db press (rotating) - 15x12 4 sets
bent arm lateral raises - 12x15 4 sets

rev shoulder press machine - 30x30 4 sets
upright rows - 40x15 4 sets
