t bar rows - 65x8 4 sets
Arnold press - 20x8 4 sets
bent over rows - 85x8 3 sets
bent arm lateral raises 12x12 3 sets
Hammer Strength seated row - 55x8 3 sets
Hammer Strength shoulder press - 30x8 3 sets
