wide smith machine squats - 95x15, 115x15, 135x15, 135x15
deadlifts - 85x12, 95x12, 115x12, 115x12

multi plane lunges - 10 lbs each hand 3 sets 6
wide leg press - 180x15 3 sets

inner thigh machine - 70x25 3 sets
outer thigh machine - 50x20, 25, 25

Workout shortened due to time constraint
