Early AM cardio: 30 minutes level 8 stepper
afternoon training - back:
pullups (unassisted) - 3/4 reps x2, 1 full rep, 1.5 reps, 1.5 reps
bent over rows - 85x8 4 sets, alternating grips
t-bar rows - 55x8 2 sets, 60x8 2 sets
one arm rows - 40x8 4 sets
lat pulldown close grip - 80x8 4 sets
low back extensions - 10x10 3 sets |
