decline push ups - 3 sets 10

t bar row - 70x6, 65x8, 65x8, 60x10
incl db press - 40x6, 35x8, 35x8, 30x10

bent over row - 95x10, 90x8, 90x8, 85x10
bench press - 100x6, 95x8, 95x8, 90x7/85x3

one arm row - 45x8, 45x8, 40x10
incline flyes - 20x10 3 sets

abs: triple abs - 25/25/25 3 sets
