leaning lateral raises - 10x10, 10, 10, 12
barbell forward lunge - 85x10 3 sets
rear delt flyes - 10x10 3 sets
jump squats - step level 4 x12 3 sets
front delts - 10x10 3 sets
inner thigh - 80x25, 90x20, 20
outer thigh - 50x20, 60x20, 20
calves on seated leg press - 125x20, 137.5x15, 150x15, 15 |
