seated barbell press- 55x10, 60x8 3 sets
db deadlifts - 45x10 4 sets
seated db press - 30x8 4 sets
walking lunges (doubles) - 25's 3 sets
lateral raises - 12x10 3 sets
standing single leg calf raises - 25x12 3 sets
lateral raises bent arm - 12x12 3 sets |
