dips - 3 sets 10
cable curls - 60x8 3 sets

reverse grip pushdowns - 75x10, 10 80x10
hammercurls - 20x8 3 sets

kickbacks - 15x12, 20x8 2 sets
ez bar curls (ez bar = 20lbs) - ex=10x6, 6, 6

abs:
ball passes - 3 sets 12 superset with
plank hold - 30 seconds each

cardio: 20 minutes stepper level 13
