leaning lateral raises - 10x10 3 sets

lying leg curl - 80x10 3 sets
front delts - 10x10 3 sets

leg extension - 105x10 3 sets
rear delt machine - 50x10 3 sets

seated leg press- 125x12, 137x12, 150x12
seated calves - 70x12 3 sets

outer thigh mach - 50x20, 60x20 2 sets
inner thigh mach - 90x20 3 sets
