unassisted close grip pullups - 3 sets 4
decline pushups - 3 set 10

t bar rows - 70x6, 65x8 3 sets
incline db press - 40x8, 35x10 3 sets

bent over rows - 85x8, 10, 10
bench press - 95x6 3 sets

one arm row - 45x6, 40x10, 10
incline flyes - 20x10 3 sets

abs: triple abs
