This usually refers to "running the stairs or bleachers" at a stadium. I do this often when training for a show. It is a great cardio and leg workout.
Depending on the type of stairs you are working with, you would run up the steps (sometimes every other step), and then WALK down (the recovery period).
Hope this helps! |

I love running the stairs at my local park. It's definitely an intense workout and my legs burn but it does strengthen my legs and firm them up. I'll usually jog up and down and then do sprints in between.

| Stadiums runs, can do wonders if you do with continuity. You judge it by common sense, climb up the stairs, recover down. Probably the most handy form of natural work out. I do it bi weekly. Really good to know this thing. Care has to be taken, don't over do it. |
