incline dumbbell press - 35x6, 35x7, 35x7, 35x7

flat bench - 95x4, 85x6, 75x6

pec deck - 52.5x8, 52.5x6, 50x6

dips (unassisted) - 5, 5, 6

seated skull crushers - 30x6, 30x6, 25x8, 25x8
