clean press - 45x8 3 sets

t bar rows - 65x8 3 sets
seated db shoulder press - 30x8 3 sets

one arm row - 45x8 3 sets
lat raises - 12x8 3 sets

Hammer Strength seated row - 45x8, 55x8, 55x8
Hammer Strength military press - 25x10, 30x8, 30x8

walking lunges - 25x doubles 3 sets
seated calf raises - 65x12 3 sets

leg curl - 80x8 3 sets
leg ext - 105x10 3 sets
