Didn't feel like going to the gym, so I did this at home. It was a pretty good workout, too! Weightless workouts can be just as effective!
Legs:
split squats - 4 sets 12 each leg
sissy squats 3 sets 10
step ups 4 sets 12 each leg
3 sets of the following circuit:
split jump (20reps)
squat jump (10reps)
bodyweight squats (10)
single leg calf raises - 4 sets 12 each calf
circuit:
20 butt squeezes (lie face down. lift legs up, keeping legs straight.)
triple abs (20 basic crunches, 20 crunches w/legs up, 20 bicycles)
20 butt squeezes
triple abs
20 butt sqeezes
plank hold (30 seconds)
20 butt squeezes
plank hold
20 butt squeezes
reverse crunches (15 reps)
20 butt squeezes
reverse crunches
I kind of like the butt squeezes!
