chest/shoulders

decline push ups - 3 sets 10

bench press - 85x10, 95x8, 95x8, 100x8

incline db press - 40x8 4 sets

incline chest flyes - 15x10 3 sets
seated barbell military press - 55x8 3 sets

upright rows - 25x10 3 sets
lateral raises - 10x10 3 sets
