This was asked of me a while back. Here is a summary of what I ate today. I won't do this every day because I am a routine person and I eat much the same things each day.
I was up early to teach bootcamp, so my day started at 5:00AM.
5:45 am- Whey protein shake
9:45 am- 3 chocolate rice cakes with NATURAL peanut butter
12:30 pm - 2 oatmeal pancakes
2:30 pm - 2 oatmeal pancakes
5:30 pm - meal replacement shake (Post Work Out)
8:00 pm - broiled salmon and steamed broccoli
before bed, I will eat
1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese and 1 apple. That will be about 10:30 pm
