squats - 2 warm up sets, then 135x8 4 sets
deadlifts - 115x8 4 sets
walking lunges - doubles, across room and back with 25lbs
leg press - 270x8 3 sets
hacksquat - 180x8 3 sets
seated calves - 70x12 3 sets
standing calf raises - 140x10 4 sets |
