shrugs - 25x10 4 sets

deadlifts - 125x6, 115x8, 115x8, 105x10
rear delts - 10x10 4 sets

walking lunges - 25xdoubles 3 sets
single leg bent leg deadlifts - no weightx8 3 sets

manual reverse hyperextensions - 15x10 3 sets

seated calf - 70x12 4 sets
angled calf raises - 125x12 4 sets
