pullups (assisted wide grip. negatives) - 4 sets 8
clean press - 45x8 4 sets

t bar rows - 65x8 4 sets
seated db shoulder press - 30x8 4 sets

bent over rows - 95x8 4 sets
lateral raises - 12x8 4 sets

Hammer Strength seated row - 55x8 4 sets
low back extensions - 25x10 3 sets

Hammer Strength military press - 30x8 4 sets
lat pulldown - 75x10 2 sets


notes: back work was harder than usual today
