AM Cardio 30 minutes level 12 stepper


lat pull wide grip (side handles) - 75x10 4 sets
shoulder press machine - 40x15 4 sets

one arm row - 35x12 3 sets
lat raises - 12x12, 10, 12

Hammer Strength seated row - 55x8, 10, 10
Hammer Strength shoulder press - 30x10 3 sets

seated row - 87.5x10 3 sets
