front delts - 10x10 3 sets

incline db press - 30x12, 35x10, 35x10
rear delt flyes - 10x10 3 sets

bench press - 85x8 3 sets
crunches - 3 sets 20

incline flyes - 15x12, 20x10, 20x10
Arnold press - 15x8 3 sets
