legs:
squats - 2 warm up sets, then: 145x8 4 sets
deadlifts - 115x8 2 sets, 120x8 2 sets
walking lunges - singles 30lbs, 3 sets
hacksquats - 180x8 3 sets
leg press - 270x8 3 sets
seated calves - 70x10 4 sets
standing calf raises - 140x10 4 sets
The small weight increase on the first 2 exercises makes a difference!
