Hello,

This is a fantastic forum, losts of useful info.

I was wanting your opinion, should I
buy phentermine pills to lose weight
or do it the hard way and exercise?

I've tried everything, diets exercise fads without much success,
but when I came across this website selling the weightloss pill
buy phentermine online
I thought I would give it a try.

Do you agree?

Take care.
Sandy

Hi Sandy,

I'm glad you like the website.

You may not be surprised to find out that my general opinion is to do it the natural way. When I say the natural way, I mean exercise in addition to proper diet. This is a lifestlye change and if you stick with it, the weight stays off, you look better than you expected, and you feel great! There's no easy way to lose weight - you have to work for it. Fad diets and pills are like get rich quick schemes - there are hundreds of them and they don't work. The person who really makes a transformation is the one who really put in the work day in and day out.

That said, if you are still considering phentermine, I strongly advise not taking it until you speak with your doctor and go through your full medical history with him/her. One reason is because this medication elevates your heart rate and blood pressure. Also, it is recommended you use it only for 6-12 weeks because there have not been studies to document the effects of long term use.

Once you stop using phentermine, you have to exercise and eat right in order to maintain weight loss (so you might as well do it anyway).

Phentermine is an apetite surpressant. If overeating is not your problem, this is not your solution (I say this because many people don't necessarily overeat, they just eat the wrong things).

Here are a couple of websites to check out for more info:

Be sure to look at the forum, as some individuals are finding that they are developing a dependence on this medication.

Hope this helps!

Hi all, do you know, In USA there is universal free public education afforded all citizens, an equal access to rich or poor. Yet, 30 million Americans have no health insurance. Is not the universal good health of US citizens also important as is universal education? And would not having universal good health coverage make us a stronger and more powerful nation? Let me have your comments.

Diet pills scare me even though many of them claim to be healthy or have no risks. For the most part, I would assume that diet pills raise your heart rate and make you very jittery kind of like drinking a lot of coffee or energy drinks. I'd rather exercise regularly and eat a healthy diet to lose weight.

For the most part, I think that diet pills increase heart rate and makes you very nervous, a little how to drink lots of coffee or energy drinks. I prefer to exercise regularly and eat a healthy diet to lose weight. Diet pills make me afraid, even though many of them claim to be healthy or dangerous.

Both are actually needed. The important one for me is still exercise. Natural ways of burning fats are better.

I think it depends on individual views. Exercising is undoubtedly a fat burner, but that depends on the capability of individuals. Vigorous exercise helps to burn fat, but for people who cannot cope with such exercises, could turn to fat burning pills or supplements.

All pills are not so bad but you have to take some search about it. Many sites like http://electronicproductsreview.com/ are also provide fitness program. But my concern is that before taking anything make some search about it.

Exercise are best to burn fat. If you want to lose weight, then you have to commit to a good cardio workout routine. To burn fat effectively, exercise at a moderate pace for a longer period of time.

Exercise can help prevent excess weight gain or help maintain weight loss. When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories. The more intense the activity, the more calories you burn. You don't need to set aside large chunks of time for exercise to reap weight-loss benefits. If you can't do an actual workout, get more active throughout the day in simple ways — by taking the stairs instead of the elevator or revving up your household chores

I never like to use pills for burning the fat because these diet pills have a lot of side effects for the health, they may affect your brain performance.
I always prefer natural way of fat burning such as exercises and diet foods.
Exercises are the good and natural ways for burning the fat without any side effects.
