Cardio: 30 min crosstrainer hills plus level 7

legs/shoulders

squats - 115x10, 135x8, 135x8, 135x8
seated db press - 30x6, 25x8, 25x8, 25x10

deadlifts - 95x10, 105x8, 105x8, 105x8
lateral raises - 12x10 4 sets

multi lunges - 12ea x6 3 sets
clean press - 45x8 3 sets

seated calf - 55x15, 15 65x15
low back ext - 10x10, 25x10, 25x10

rear delt machine - 50x8 3 sets
