cable bi curls - 60x8 3 sets

skull crushers (dumbbells) - 20 each x 8 3 sets
hammer curls - 20x8

reverse grip pushdowns - 70x12, 80x8, 75x10
ez bar curls - ez+5x12, 10, 10
