Early AM cardio:

jump 3 min
recover (alternating legs) 2 min
jump 3 min
recover 2 min
jump 3 min
recover 2 min
jump 2 min
mountain climbers 2 min
recover 1 min
jump 2 min
mountain climbers 2 min
recover 1 min

Afternoon weights - chest/triceps:

single leg push ups - 2 sets 10 each leg

incline bench press - 75x8 2 sets, 75x7 2 sets

incline dumbbell press - 35x8 2 sets, 35x7 2 sets

flat bench - 95x4, 95x5, 95x4, 85x6

incline flyes - 15x10 4 sets

dips (unassisted) - 6, 6, 7

tri kickbacks - 15x10 3 sets

tri rope - 30x6, 25x8, 25x8
