Shoulders/biceps:

front/overhead combo (warm up)- 5x10, 8x8

standing military press - 45x8, 50x8, 50x7, 50x5

seated dumbbell press - 25x8 4 sets

lateral delt raises (single arm) - 15x6, 12x8 3 sets

front delts w/ dumbbells - 10x8 4 sets

rear delt flyes - 8x10 4 sets

hammercurls - 20x8 3 sets, 20x6 1 set

cable biceps - 50x8 3 sets
