The following exercises were done in superset fashion. 30 to 60 second rest in between sets, depending on fatigue level.
pullups - 1.5, 1.5, 4(assisted)
decline pushups - 10, 10, 10
flat bench dumbbell press - 35x6, 35x6, 35x6
dumbbell row - 30x8, 30x10, 35x8
incine dumbbell press- 35x8, 35x8, 35x8
wide grip cable seated row - 100x10, 110x10, 120x10
cable "uppercuts"- 20x6, 20x8, 20x8
low back extensions - 25x10, 25x10, 25x10 |
