Legs/traps/rear delts
The following pairs of exercises were done in superset fashion. 30-60 seconds rest in between
wide squat - 115x8, 120x8, 120x8, 120x8
dumbbell shrug - 20x10 4 sets
barbell forward lunges 55x10, 65x10, 65x10, 65x10
dumbbell Romanian deadlifts - 20x10, 25x10, 25x10, 25x10
dumbbell split squats - 25x10 4 sets
rear delt flyes - 8x10 4 sets |
