Shoulders/back/bi/tri
The following pairs of exercises were performed in superset fashion:
standing dumbbell press - 20x8 4 sets
bent over rows - 85x6 4 sets
dips (unassisted)- 3 sets of 10 1st time for that!
dumbbell hammercurls - 20x8 3 sets
skull crushers- ez bar+10x8 (elbow hurt, chgd to dumbbells), 15eax10 2 sets
ez bar curls - ezbar+5 x 6, 8, 8
