Staying fit involves more effort than just working out a few times a week. While it is certainly important to exercise, eating the right foods is equally important. Any type of aerobic cardiovascular exercise that is done for at least 30 minutes several times per week will do wonders for the strength and vitality of your heart. This type of exercise will also help you improve your lung capacity.

That so cool to know and realize to lose weight , Some men try their best to control weight through taking less meal for several years but their weight keep on increasing and in the contrast some men try their best for several years to gain weight through taking heavy meals but fails to touch the target.

Some good tips in here. Just exercising doesn't help, one should also consume a health diet. Working out daily without following a healthy diet plan won't do any good to the body.

Some tips for getting fitness and good health.

Do exercises daily for at least 30 minutes.
Focus on cardio such as running, jogging, swimming, and cycling.
Avoid more fast foods and more fatty foods.
Include more fruits and vegetables in your daily foods.
Drink plenty of water.
Take green tea.

The fitness tip for health.
1. Do exercise regular
2. Do yoga early in the morning
3. Eat healthy food and fruits
4. Avoid smoking and alcohol
5. Avoid Junk and oily food.
