pull ups reverse grip - 4 sets 3

Hammer Strength chest press- 35x8 4 sets
Hammer Strength seated row - 45x8 4 sets

incline db press - 35x10 4 sets
t bar rows - 65x8 4 sets

pec deck - 52.5x10, 60x8, 60x8
crunches - 3 sets 25

low back ext - 25x10 3 sets
hanging leg raises - 3 sets 10
