pullups - 3 sets of 3

Hammer Strength bench press - 35x8 3 sets
Hammer Strength 45x10 3 sets

incline dumbbell press - 35x10 3 sets
t bar rows - 65x8 3 sets

pec deck - 60x8 3 sets
crunches - 3 sets 25
