power cleans - 45x8 4 sets

lateral raises - 12x8 3 sets
front delts - 10x10 3 sets

dips - 3 sets 10
cable bi curls - 60x8 3 sets

tri pushdowns (reverse grip) - 70x8, 8 80x8
Hammer Strength bi curl - 25x8, 30x8, 8
