am cardio - 20 min stepper level 13

squats - 95x10, 115x10, 135x10
seated barbell press - 55x10, 60x10 2 sets

deadlifts - 95x10, 115x8, 8
seated shoulder press - 30x8 3 sets

leg press - 270x10 3 sets
Hammer Strength shoulder press - 25eax10 3 sets
